Acceptable Use Policy

Velosity provides computing resources to support its business operations. Users of these resources are expected to use them responsibly, ethically, and legally.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all users (employees, contractors, partners) of Velosity's network, hardware, software, and cloud infrastructure.
3. Acceptable Use
- Computing resources should be used primarily for business purposes.
- Users must protect their credentials and not share passwords or private keys.
- Users are encouraged to report any suspected security vulnerabilities or breaches.
4. Prohibited Activities
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Unauthorized access to data or systems.
- Using resources to engage in illegal activities, harassment, or discrimination.
- Bypassing security controls or attempting to "crack" passwords.
- Installing unauthorized software on production servers.
- Using Velosity resources for personal gain or external commercial activities.
- Deliberately introducing malicious software (viruses, worms, etc.).
5. Monitoring
Velosity reserves the right to monitor the use of its computing resources to ensure compliance with this policy and to protect the security of its assets, subject to local laws and regulations.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, and data created using Velosity resources are the property of Velosity unless otherwise specified in a contract.
7. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, including termination of access, termination of employment/contract, and potential legal action.
